I think my strong conviction had generally been that excessive amounts of omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids or pou FFA's were generally not a good thing and the associative data there is not hard to understand but again the problem with the associative data is things that are full of omega-6 poof Azhar often crap so it's easy to see an association with high omega-6 polyunsaturated fat and disease chronic disease
