When I check my omega-3 index it's about six which is a sum of epa and DHA some people will use DPA in there as well so the cost of pentanoic acid in the omega-3 index but when I've looked at my metrics for fatty acids on the diet I have pretty low omega-6 pretty robust levels of omega-3 kind of in the middle seven to eight percent of the omega-3 index and then higher levels of saturated fat because probably cuz I have more in my diet and I think that's fine
