The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
i don't think you need the omega-3 fatty acids from fish i addressed that last week in the ask me anything podcast where i talked about the importance and the availability of getting omega-3 fatty acids from room and animal fat
i think people like fish because they think the omega-3s are so good for them and i think there's plenty of ways for humans to get omega-3 without eating fish you can get it from butter you can get it from animal fat like the actual fat and steaks has omega-3 you can get it from egg yolks if you're not sensitive
