I think if it depends upon the omega-3 status as well of people so if you've got people who are already got a high omega-3 status say you know their EPA plus DHA composition of the blood is around you know eight percent or more or something like that you know is the effectiveness of feeding Omega-3s really going to be detectable but compared to people who have like less than four percent in in the blood you know
