we really haven't seen any adverse effects in higher doses and there are major international bodies that are saying up to 5 or 6 grams a day of EPA DHA is don't no problem
i think the broader question always comes to is there a harm of higher doses of epa and dha and i i i feel very confident now that the answer to that question is no provided you're getting your product through a clean source
