so the finding so you were so this half a cup a day this of salmon oil i mean that was like 25 grams or yeah salmon oil is about 20 percent omega-3 so it's fairly low as fish oils go it's a fairly low omega-3 oil but you know so we had to build this one to give it all the calories all the fat in their diet was from salmon oil either three salmon steaks a day plus drink the oil no other fat in the diet he i mean he went way beyond any eskimo intake of omega-3 how long was this one month one month so they were eating three salmon steaks plus the was drinking salmon oil salmon oil which is you know 25 or so grams of omega-3 all together well with the withdrawals 25 and they were doing this for a month and no other fat sources just and they were yeah they were they came to the metabolic board and were finished and this wasn't there was no dose respond it was like just one one dose and that was and that was it yeah we backed off a bit since then we find out so you found it lower triglyce was it like a robust lowering of triglycerides well they're i mean these were normal healthy volunteers so their average triglyceride level was a hundred it went all the way down to 75.
