i'm not sure in america actually for people in certain areas will they have a lot of access to quality organ meats is is there availability there are some farms uh in the u.s um that that are increasing but they're scarce i mean it's hard and you know you go to whole foods or something here in the u.s and you can't just walk up to the counter and get spleen or heart maybe if you're lucky you can find a whole foods that has liver on tuesdays twice a month in december but it's pretty rare and you know that's why farms like white oak or belcampo are doing great things by providing liver but i mean you know these meat delivery services don't deliver liver and so
