it's important to also get heart for coenzyme q10 to get brain for phosphatidylserine to get testicle for the cofactors in there that clearly at least subjectively and in now many people who have taken this supplement from heart and soil affect libido positively and probably affect women's libido as well because uh women need testosterone as well
