I'm a big fan of Oregon meats myself you can eat any organ meats except for gallbladder
and there's a part of me i'm not sure if you're familiar with this aspect of my work but i also love organs like liver and and i just couldn't help but wonder you know i wish i wish i could have been there and been like hey michael do you want to eat a little bit of liver before a game and he probably would have said heck no i don't like liver and we would have given him some desiccated organ supplements but hand in hand with meat are these unique nutrients in organs and so that that's fascinating to me too
Ken and I both agree you need organs in your life like some mood memory and brain or whatever kind of organs you want to get get fresh if you can if you can't there's always heart and soil for you
so liver and heart organs in general these are essential to get to balance your muscle meat
Eating meat is healthy for you, no matter where it's coming from. But eat some organs with it. So, don't just eat meat. Eat a little bit of liver. Eat a little bit of heart.
