i think liver is a great first food for your child and you don't have to do a ton even half an ounce a day or a desiccated organ supplements just opening it on their food works great
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
yes you can give your baby liver obviously the dose should be pretty small i would recommend doses of liver for babies in the grams five grams a day seven grams a day of cooked liver for an infant i think would be fantastic
a little bit of liver 5 10 grams a day small amount of liver less than half an ounce
cooked liver and i think that that would be a really great start for a baby you're getting those nutrients i think if you have cooked the meat and you grind it up the baby should be able to digest it and you're going to put those meat nutrients back into the milk
