Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.

Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
the addition of organ meats gives you really the magical sort of third piece of the pie again the organ meats are things that people are not incredibly used to eating there but from my perspective they do complete the nutritional profile at least theoretically it gives us an idea of the things we need to be looking for there's not a lot of copper and eggs there's really not a ton of riboflavin and eggs there's a little more in the white and the yolk it's one of those nutrients that's a little more common in the life of the yolk there's maybe not enough there's a good amount of bias and there's a decent amount of folate but I think to really again there's the all these arguments for whether the RDA is actually matter in the setting of a ketogenic diet but I think that if people are trying to eat a carnivorous diet or are interesting needing them more of an animal-based diet I think that the that the key is adding in the organs
