And so, those would be kind of two distinct plausibilities. I completely agree. And it's it's quite often the case is that I mean, the whole story of vitamin D is a good example. Absolutely. where where people are will tell you you know vitamin D doesn't work because they conducted clinical trials but they didn't you know fix they didn't adjust the dose they didn't measure the levels so it it's a bit the same the same story uh there are markers that you can uh actually do use in in research environment like five hydroxy noninol or protein carbonilation which are indirect markers of lipid or protein uh oxidation and how efficacious or beneficial or I guess the word is maybe um how complete are they in the scope of understanding and have we demonstrated that mega doses of vitamin E or vitamin C will indeed suppress those markers in humans?
