even when I'm using dietary interventions or other interventions with patients sometimes they go through episodes rough patches whatever we want to call them where things are out of control things are dangerous things are you know somebody's gonna kill themselves somebody's gonna get killed say I mean bad stuff can happen with some of these disorders and and in those instances I'm more than comfortable and happy to use medication and even if I see it as a setback in the treatment I'm like well better alive and set back for a little bit
