and actually there's a great as a somewhat sidebar there's a great paper published out of the group at UCSD looking at finasteride and dutasteride use in veterans so it's a closed access system and they asked the question is use of dutasteride and faside associated with more prostate cancer lethalities and it's highly hotly debated about whether or not the drugs actually induce more aggressive cancers and result in in that but if you just take that as a side as a more Public Health kind of issue the answer was glaringly yes there was a huge increase risk of death from prostate cancer in men on finasterid and dutasteride
