Avastin they find tumor cells spread through everywhere in the brain rather than clustered in one area it's like you know it's like they've just gone everywhere so and but when you look at the EM art when you look at the image the radiographic images it looks good because you don't see that that the living in the Quranic area that you would normally say well it looks it looks like it's like the image looks a little bit better you tell the patient looks like it's working but the overall survival is no different sometimes it's even less so it's a false image of what's going on you can't see the big central area it looks like it's very vague and and and diffuse and you look the pale yeah it looks like this thing is working gives the guy false hope you know because the end result is look at the overall survival statistics in there and they're abysmal
