plants are survival food you can survive for some amount of time on plants you can I did many people have I was raw vegan for six months people probably know that about my story if they've heard me talk now you know Elise and Tim who will be on a podcast soon maybe I'll release it the week after this one they survived four years on a vegan diet and the concern is that it's not optimal long term you cannot we cannot get the nutrients we need from a solely plant-based diet perhaps perhaps in some people if they eat a fully plant-based diet and they supplement very intentionally they may be able to do it the problem that I have with that is just that it still has the presence of potentially inflammatory or immuno genic molecules in the plants and some people are going to be more sensitive to those than others but what they're citing here is actually something that I think it's valuable to say like look it's probably possible to reverse your coronary artery disease with a vegan diet when you're also going to get sarcopenia you're going to get a nutrient deficient your hormones are going to tank you're going to get osteoporosis you're gonna get depressed you're gonna get GI issues and your life is gonna get really bad
