so I was vegan for four and a half years and I thought that it was a superhuman diet it really worked well for for a period of time it felt fun I was integrated into the vegan community it was like the colorful diet like so much goodness about it and yeah I in a matter of years I just started to notice certain parts of my health decline the biggest part for me was my brain health I just kind of lost my ability to communicate clearly and felt very brain fog II felt fatigued I also definitely struggled with digestion throughout kind of the entire time that I was eating a vegan diet
