there are many different types from lectins to isothiocyanates like goitrin to polyphenols which may inhibit the digestion of humans to tannins which are polyphenolic problematic for the digestion as well two nightshades like cayenne pepper or Red Pepper or black pepper which cause micro bleeding in the stomach which open tight junctions in the gut to oxalates which can accumulate in the thyroid or cause oxalate nephropathy in the case of the case study with the woman maybe they accumulate in other parts of humans causing problems we certainly know they cause kidney stones to phytic acid which is not entirely denatured by cooking which can lead to problems with absorption of minerals as we saw in the zinc study
