look with a carnivore diet you have two things going on one is that your your potassium from your meats is gonna get a lot of it's gonna get lost deuces if you're cooking them in ways that let all the juices be discarded the other thing is a more fat and collagenous tissue you put into your diet the more it's displacing lean meats that have most of the potassium in them
