the takeaway for me is just look give your body the signal that there's abundance all the time and for me that really looks like an animal-based diet it looks like meat um but I think you know there's some there's some validity to not overdoing the muscle meat as we talked about make sure you're balancing the muscle meat with Glycine and collagen it looks like animal fats it looks like steric acid in Tallow or SE it fire starter from hardened soil or in butter I eat a lot of dairy
