I think that their argument is basically you can get enough protein from plants and let's just this is crazy right like maybe if you ate a ton of plants but what's the problem here right well one there they're not looking at quality of protein which is right big big big issue I'm still getting people who are on YouTube telling me oh you can get just as much leucine in a hundred grams of beet they're using the hundred grams of beans and 100 grams of steak argument which is just absolute nonsense because if you look at how much you need for a hundred grams of beans versus how little a hundred grams of steak is it's not a it's not an apples to apples comparison
