I'm a hundred and seventy pounds I'm 510 and I probably have a hundred and fifty-five pounds of lean body weight and I'm eating about a hundred and twenty grams of protein a day now and I'm not losing lean body mass I'm not a bodybuilder and I think if people are watching this and they are body builders we have to accept the fact that bodybuilding it's a little bit of an unnatural or a special condition right for most people they want to maintain lean muscle mass they don't wanna lose lean muscle mass and at the level of protein that I'm at which is probably bout point seven point eight gram per pound of lean body but I'm not losing lean body mass and you see the glucose come down it's very clear my fasting glucose has gone down I just had to check the other day it was 82 you know so it's it's it's down and a1c is down and the fructosamine is down many of these measures are lower when I'm eating less protein
