the third thing I would cite is the high protein level so even though we have this strong protein specific appetite that's been demonstrated in many different species protein doesn't work the same as carbohydrate and fat and I think I think we we recognize that that's the case protein seems to it's something that our bodies really want to get enough of but don't want to get too much of so there's really a not only there's a drive to acquire it but there's a drive to keep it within a certain range and not eat too much and we see that you know if people go on high protein diets their overall calorie intake will drop
