so these non-protein amino acids could accumulate long-term so maybe you eat chickpeas or maybe you eat beans or maybe you eat beets as we will see later with the compound aze you don't feel a reaction acutely but are there non-protein amino acids in these roots in these seeds in these beans that could be accumulating causing misfolding of your proteins especially if you were not getting enough of the other amino acids by not eating a high enough or adequate enough protein diet leading to long-term degeneration
