so the body adapts if we weren't able to adapt we wouldn't be alive today today so how is that that people that are consuming really low protein diets I I personally um don't subscribe to that type of diet myself but there are many people as you said that do consume low protein diets whether it's by choice or not but you're you're right they don't they don't disappear
