too much is great the more you eat the better your body will tell you when you've had enough protein but generally i think most of us are not getting enough animal meat and organs these are the most nutrient-rich foods and they don't lead to problems when you eat too much of them because most of us aren't eating enough of them of course you could eat too much meat but it's going to be very hard and your body will give you a signal hey i'm not really hungry for that meat anymore i don't want it anymore
