Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.

So to me I look at and say life support you know basic maintenance RDA strong evidence for thriving two-ish above two probably more benefit but you're starting to hit the asmtote I don't know that it's going to come down right I don't know of anything that says that it's not going to be monotonic that's going to turn around but diminishing benefit
if you just want to survive, the RDA is probably okay for most people. But if you want to thrive in these goals that most of us share, then I would aim for in the neighborhood of two uh grams per kilogram per day per person spaced out throughout the day.
