for me it's really two meals and two snacks and the snacks are just protein snacks so so it's a shake so one of them is just a whey protein shake and then one of them is I eat these venison jerky sticks

The #1 thing he pays attention to? Not eating junk. After that, it's all about energy balance & protein intake (40-50g, 4x/day).
and a lot of s at least two of those are in meals that are just like just just venison or just you know eggs or something where it's just a protein and you know there's not a lot of other stuff in it
