It's time to rethink the protein RDA, which is too low and was based on methods subject to incomplete collection and underestimation of amino acid losses.
but um I think the the bottom line here is that the RDA is too low and there's a lot of scientific consensus in in terms of um you know people that are experts in that field that are saying no we need to we need to boost that up
