for example i've always had a very low heart rate so nowadays my resting heart rate my overnight resting heart rate might be in the low 40s but when i was athletic when i was very fit i would wake up with a resting heart rate in the mid 30s so actually i have a pretty high heart rate relative to my baseline now but i've also never had a very high peak heart rate so you know i've just always thought of myself as having more of a diesel engine
