And I think that what we used to have with humans was where our ancestors had always lived in the same space for thousands of years. And what's so interesting about that even if we were somewhat industrialized or um you know before there was so much movement of food certainly when we were indigenous peoples and hunter gatherers is if we were exposed to plants we were probably exposed to a certain subset of plants and perhaps our body developed the ability the genetic ability to detoxify those polyphenols and other compounds more than others. And now what we've got is some incredible mixing where maybe there are some people who really don't do well with resveratrol or really don't do well with curcumin or really don't do well with queretin but they can detoxify this other polyphenol really well.
