I wouldn't tend to default to the the sodium is the issue and it what's interesting to me and again this is maybe self-serving because I've got an electrolyte company so with that you know disclaimer put in place but even the FDA recognizes that you need to be much more vigilant about overdoing potassium than you do sodium like you know finding a vigorously loaded potassium supplement is hard and or illegal because of some complication issues words we have a remarkably higher um kind of ld50 late on on sodium like you can screw up sodium both on the higher and the lower end significantly more than you can potassium like potassium is a little bit tighter reigns as to when you're gonna experience like some really deleterious health issues yeah and I I've seen the same thing to some people will take my knees in potassium it makes it worse and so I've tended to just focus on the sodium and think you know we can probably get magnesium from good quality water potassium we're gonna get a meat and then people are listening to a lot of this mainstream ideology saying we need a tons and tons of potassium and potassium is some sort of panacea and I'm thinking oh no like 5 milligrams or 5 grams - aciem 5,000 milligrams is a is an astronomical amount that's way too much potassium
