at the age of 75 there is a cliff that is so violent you can't believe what you're watching and at it's at that Cliff where physical activity level declines like this it just goes boom muscle mass goes Doom strength Doom same thing and you know of course it begs the age-old question right is the patient losing strength because they are no longer active or are they no longer active because they have lost strength my view is it's both I think these things feed off each other
