the beautiful thing about this I referenced it earlier is that to get to convince the regular weight training benefits you have to use a high amount of weight which is you know pretty extraordinary and difficult to do for most people but you know it is very effective there's no question it works and if you're a young bodybuilder you're probably don't need to listen to this unless you get injured say you break your arm you fall down you rip one of your muscles or your tendons because you you trains too hard well then you can use this to get better and here's why it's almost everyone can do it you can do it with your own bodyweight but you're if you're going to use a weights like a bicep curl or a bench press you use 20% 1/5 of your 1 rep max which is a tiny tiny weight for me you know I don't I'm not really good at bench press so I'm using 30 pounds with 2 to 15 pound dumbbells which is less than a bar Bell I mean a barbell
