Yes this is organic arsenic (arsenobetaine) - most of it can be cleared more easily than inorganic arsenic (rice is very high in this!) but it can still raise your arsenic levels.

Sardines also contain a significant amount of arsenic. A Brazilian study of 120 samples of canned sardines declared ALL of them unsafe for chronic consumption due to arsenic levels (PMC9266115).
You can get arsenic from sardines, too. I found that out the hard way.
