I want people to know that animal fat contains vitamin E so I don't think the USDA has figured this out but butter or Tallow this is vitamin E you know like this is this is a fat soluble vitamin in animal fat grass-fed animals grass-finished animals regeneratively raised animals are going to have more vitamin E in their fats
