I'm gonna continue to make sauna whether it's infrared or dry sauna a part of my daily practice probably in perpetuity and I would encourage people to try and access that because it's just it's a great tool for detoxification or at least some sort of sweating you don't live in a hot environment you know you need to sweat every day we don't have to go to sauna but for a lot of us it's the best way to sweat and make mobilize chemicals in unique ways
