i think this is one of the most important questions for the health of our population and that there's no hyperbole in that statement which is healthy saturated fat or polyunsaturated fat and by polyunsaturated fat we're really referring to omega-6 linoleic acid because there is a diversion in there you know in the research there is a branch in the road if we're looking at omega-3 versus omega-6 people are not using omega-3 oils to cook with you would never do that so really when we say polyunsaturated fats we're really just talking about omega-6 linoleic acid in these seed oils
