this is primarily because these are high in polyunsaturated fatty acids like the 18 carbon linoleic acid and what we know about humans and monogastric animals pigs and chickens and turkeys and ducks which is why i'm also not a fan of eating those animals if they are fed corn and soy because that will accumulate in their bodies as well is that none of those monogastric animals can get rid of polyunsaturated fatty acids through saturation
