From my perspective I suppose someone could come to the conclusion that seed oils are benign for humans IF they ignore: - ALL historical evidence (we've NEVER consumed these before and they were originally engine lubricant) - ALL animal studies (which clearly show harm in cancer, and liver inflammation [NASH] outcomes) - ALL mechanistic data (which clearly show increased oxidation susceptibility of O6 PUFA, aka linoleic acid with higher levels). - RCTs in HUMANS consistently showing increased oxLDL and Lp(a) with increased seed oil consumption.
