hey what actually changes it's not more it's it's not less fiber it's not it's not more saturated fat it's more seed oils generally more refined starches and more sugars more sugars more pro more shelf stable processed foods more more preservatives more dyes yeah and that that's such an important point that anthony and i are not debating that a western diet causes disease we are simply asking mainstream researchers and physicians and all of you listening to this to not buy into the narrative lock stock you know without questioning it that the problem with the western diet is the lack of fiber because that doesn't seem to be a consistent thing but what we do observe in tanzania and the haza versus the urbanites in the same country and this is one of the reasons we went is less saturated fat and more seed oils and more processed grains and more sugars in these westernized diets therein lies the problem
