I think sleep is just a normal automatic thing when you have proper sunlight proper activity and no distractions and no devices like when like yesterday got up today got up went out surfed hung out like six a.m and i sucked i saw the sunrise yeah i wake up every day at sunrise get outside paddle for my goddamn life get crushed by waves for a couple hours do that maybe a couple times a day i'm outside the whole day eat real food 8 p.m comes around and i'm white and i could sleep on the floor i could sleep anywhere and i wake up at sunrise again and i don't need any special mattress i don't need any special eye mask i don't need any white noise machine i don't need any cool room like you need anything you automatically sleep like the environment will dictate to sleep for you when you don't have all of these yeah you don't have the zoo cage and like the the need to have this schedule
