i started waking up at the same time every day which is is really difficult with this condition because you often are reverse you're often awake at night and then asleep during the day and uh and the pain goes into that right because it's hard to sleep when you've got that much pain going but also it's the shift of the hormones so you produce cortisol and melatonin at the wrong times and uh and so i just started not caring when i went to sleep so if i went to sleep at five i would still get up at 7 a.m and i just started getting up at seven regardless
