start by saying i'm gonna give myself five minutes i'm gonna firstly not check my phone i'm just gonna wake up brush my teeth and make whatever drink that i have in the morning and when i sit down that's when i am gifted the opportunity to look at my phone and then try to push it to 10 minutes and then try to see if you can get changed have your shower wash yourself up whatever you do in the morning and only then open up your phone and keep pushing it longer and longer make it a manageable goal otherwise don't set yourself up for failure do it for success
