so I think that's sort of generally what I try to get patients to think about is yeah like how do you not have your phone in your room how do you not have your phone uh with you for an hour before bed not because you're like white knuckling it but because you've come up with another thing in your routine that wouldn't have a phone with you so if you go and do a sauna cold plunge before bed it's easy to displace the phone
