The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.
@ouraring is nailing sleep, too
Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
I think very good at measuring duration and probably reasonable at measuring stage just looking at duration just forget the staging and by the way for that matter I think many of the sleep device you don't have to be your Apple watch give me your Fitbit it could be whoop or any of these things they're all pretty darn good nowadays at measuring the duration
this is where i think devices like the aura ring are very helpful because that's where they're very good they're very good at telling you you were in bed this long but you're actually only asleep this long and that's the number we want the patients to fixate on
