if we look at statin drugs and primary prevention trial secondary prevention trials and we take the results for what they are and we can go conspiracy and say well you know that this is this is a hundreds of billions dollars industries and they can easily fudge the data you've done research I've done a research you can easily pay someone to check off a different box and stuff like that but let's say the data is true for what it is
