My clinical experience was definitely the 20 to 30% of people would get muscle aches, memory loss, libido, erectile dysfunction, all kinds of problems. And it's so ironic because one of the cardiologists that I worked with during that time, and a good friend of mine, was taking the statins. He's so bought in and he was maybe 45 at the time and he's a mountain biker, you know, I was probably in my mid-30s at the time or early 30s. And he's a mountain biker and he just says, "Oh, these are so good." I mean, as a being in cardiology, when the rep comes with Lipitor, which is atorvastatin, or Crestor, which is a rosuvastatin, you're you're almost "Hey, give me some of those samples. Like, maybe I want to take this." You're so bought in. I never took a statin, but he did and then he would tell me, "Man, I just can't climb the hills as much or my muscles are aching."
