when you have atherosclerosis i mean as a cardiologist and you we're so used to looking at angiograms we say oh there's a there's an led lesion well there's an led lesion but the whole damn artery is diseased and when you destroy the normal architecture of the artery you can't restore it so a lot of our statin prevention therapy is to prevent the complications of disease not to prevent the disease
