I am willing to bet a bitcoin that if you read to the study and you put red meat in with the prudent pattern that it would be also associated with a lower pattern of inflammation
but red meat is an incredibly nutrient rich food for humans it's never been shown to be inflammatory for humans in unprocessed forms
